What If I received a damaged product?
We are confident you won’t receive a damaged product but just in case you do, please do not worry. Drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving the order. We will review the concern and have the product replaced with a new one.
What if the size does not fit me ?
We provide size charts for our apparel line and we urge all our shoppers to check their sizes before they shop. We do not issue refunds however if you send us an email at email@example.com explaining your concern, we might just replace it with a new one. Incase of any replacement, you would need to securely pack the product and ship it to us in new unused condition.
What if I don't like the product I received ?
We do hope you don't have to check this section too often, but we really love you a lot! So, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining your concern and we might just replace it with another one. Incase of any replacement, you would need to securely pack the product and ship it to us in new unused condition. But please note that the products purchased can be returned (unopened, without damage and with all the tags intact) within 15 days of
receiving the order.
What if I don’t want a replacement and just want my money back?
You might be really upset to ask for a refund. Though we just do not want to let you go we would still urge you to tell us what went wrong and we will try to fix things for you. So, send us an email at email@example.com explaining your concern.
